Having overall responsibility for all operations in the factory.Studying & analyzing the incoming projects, drawings, BOQ (and reporting any discrepancy). Scheduling the projects by preparing a plan of material procurement, production, dispatch and installation to match the required delivery date. This to help in preparing the capacity planning.Meet the clients before production starts in some cases for manipulating some comments come from their sides.Planning the production operations, emphasizing the priorities & sequences for various operations in the plant. This plan including man, machine, material (and subcontract work when necessary).Monitor and Track the daily production schedule providing input on risks to the project delivery and adjust schedules as needed.Managing 120 multinational employees and a team of section engineers & supervisors and work out the human resources needed.Maximizing the workers efficiency and work space utilization.Ensuring that the production is cost effective and minimizing the production cost by using alternative raw material, minimizing machine setup time, Planning the Layout of the production stations so that to minimize the traveled Distances among sections and construct a smooth production flow path. Review & Evaluate labor performance, providing technical inputs, Identifyin training needs and maintaining quality standard. Ensuring that the plant is operated and maintained safely and efficiently in accordance with company’s guidelines / corporate policy.Preparing short, medium & long term plans for inventory, production and worker force requirements. Preparing a weekly production report to GM &MD.

Responsible for essential factory departments and their associated activities to pull & follow up the expected department outputs.
