• Responsible for the erection and commissioning of 3X120 MW GE make Frame 9E gas turbines, 3X275 TPH Thermax make HRSGs and 2X275 TPH Auxiliary Boilers of Thermax make. 2X64 MW Siemens make Condensing STG, 1X34 MW Siemens make BPSTG and 1X22 MW Siemens make BPSTG.• Reading P&IDs, PFDs, Isometrics and LDTs• Commenting the mismatch between P&IDs, PFDs and Isometrics.• Coordinating with the EOM and detailed engineering vendors.• To perform Root cause analysis to overcome the problems and avoid re occurrence of the same.• Responsible for Factory Acceptance Test (at vendor’s premises) and Site acceptance test of various equipments like Condenser lube oil skids, dosing skids, deaerators etc.• Coordinating with field engineers for timely and planned execution.• Involved in iso. Clearance, box up and hydro test of spools and maintaining records of the same.• Preparing Operating manuals, Pre-commissioning, commissioning and steady state SOPs, SMPs, RA sheets and Checklists of the newly installed facilities.• Preparing and sending daily and weekly progress reports to higher ups. • Responsible for Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities like Lube oil flushing, Steam blowing, Chemical cleaning, passivation, etc.• Box-up and start-ups of Turbines, boilers and related auxiliaries.

Worked as Field engineer and then panel engineer of Combined Cycle Co-generation Power Plant which includes 34MW GE make Frame VI Gas Turbine, 14 MW Skoda Make Steam Turbine and a dual pressure HRSG of Babcock make.
