Exposure in Engineering design office, experience in leading Site Document Control team.Responsible for coordinating all departments of the company in order to assure that all documents are kept in right place and in right department file archive.Monitor the document control requirements on an ongoing basis so as to make recommendations for any improvements in the system if necessary.Uploading documents in the EDMS.Register, log, distribute, track, issue, maintain and control office and site project documents and drawings. Distribute the Approved design drawings and coordinated drawings to the site team.Maintain document logs for design drawing, coordination drawings, shop drawings, correspondence, material approval submittals, RFI. Ensure that Project Team and contractors comply with the document management system process and procedures.Daily routine activities of Document Control, including distribution of documents, maintaining electronic folders and directories, tracking and retrieval of documents and drawings.Ensure that all Corporate Documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the documents submission due date.Hands on experience in identifying, sorting of Engineering Documents and drawings (Multi Discipline Drawings, Reports, Correspondence etc.)Expedite the return of documents and approvals or comments within the required time period from internal and external parties to whom they have been issued or distributed.Ability to plan, organize, lead and coordinate the Document Control function from our Client for multidisciplinary drawings, in order to meet the needs of the projects, proposals and Company’s quality requirements and timely deadlines (milestones).
