Major Responsibilities:  Mixing Dough handling of Molder products, Sheet variety, Cookies and Cream (Biscuit). Lead to operator of mixing for all types of dough making. Responsible to handling of mixing related issues. Trouble shooting and communicate with supervisor. Operate PLC base Silo system for major ingredients loading. Responsible and monitor materials issuance as per given production plan. Mixing Ingredients handling and Controls materials Variations. Responsible to target achievement as per production plan. Assist and coordinate with research and development department for new products development. Responsible to recycle of daily wastage. Control of mixing materials Requisition and documents as per production plan
