Major Responsibilities:Responsible to operate high speed vertical mixer, low speed horizontal mixer.Dough making for molder products and sheet variety products. Cream making for sandwich biscuits with different flavors.  Responsible to trouble shooting of products mixing related issues. During production readjustment of recipe. Responsible to arrange of ingredients by weight as per given recipe. Responsible to manage sugar grinding as per given production plan. Responsible and make sure daily target achievement and produce high productivity. Coordinate with research and development department for new product development. Responsible and monitor of CIP (cleaning in process) of Mixer.  Responsible to recycle of daily wastage. Responsible to maintain daily stock balance of issuance materials.Maintain internal departmental related documents on daily basis and report to production manager
