Major responsibilities were preparation of concept paper (elaborating the needs of bond, present money market scenario in Bangladesh, benefits of issuing bond as alternative long term sources of fund, governing laws in Bangladesh for issuing bonds, Tax advantages etc.), preparation of Board Memo for issuance of bond finalizing the features of the bond, meeting with different Issue Managers of Bond and selecting the Issue Manager, preparation and providing all the required papers/documents to apply for Bond Issue to Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) etc.Achievement:o Received Business proposal of BDT 1,120.00 million from renowned corporate clients within six months of service.o Included a Liability/ Deposit Portfolio of BDT 30.00 million.o Successfully applied to BSEC for issuance of coupon bearing Bond of BDT 2.00 Billion after completion of all formalities.
