Full coordination with all relevant sections of the company so that we can abide by and complete the project on schedule efficiently and highly professional along with reporting senior management of the nature of the progress of work on the project by submitting of a periodic report.2. Review all approved shop drawings and contracts for the project and match them with site condition and action modifications of the crisis on the drawings or the contract if required and re-accreditation.3. Review manufacturing orders provided by the site engineer and follow the work of the surveyor.4. Full coordination with the project manager for the general contractor and coordinate with the other subcontractors in order to facilitate work at site, submit daily reports to the project manager along with providing Extracts and follow-up with them.5. Coordinate with the main contractor and consultant to get approval for our technical submittal without any delay.6. Prepare Site Progress report and invoice.7. Prepare site damage report and NCR and follow up it with QC Dep. to close it in a timely manner.8. Coordinate with Purchasing Dep. and supplier to make sure all required material will be delivered and installed on time.9. Final handing over for the project to the consultant in terms of required formulas and tests and cover the snag list if found.
