The primary responsibility is to provide support to the branch by managing core branch functions for servicing customers in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the bank.I am responsible for the day-to-day interaction with customers of the branch. Acts as the primary contact person and resolves operations issues as they arise. As the operational expert for the customer I am positioned to proactively execute on the concepts developed by the Branch Manager with minimal supervision. I also analyze customer needs in order to cross-sell a wide variety of bank services and develop new business through referrals and existing clients. I am also instrumental as a liaison with other internal departments to provide the operational excellence to customers.2. My Core responsibility is to ensure efficient & effective service delivery to the customers at the Branch level. This position reports directly to the Manager Operations and indirectly to the Branch Manager.3. I manage all operational, administrative and business promotional activities of the Branch tactfully towards ultimate customer satisfaction.4. I perform and coordinate business development activities of the Branch;5. I ensure opening of all types of accounts are opened in compliance of existing rules and regulationsExposure in Loan & Advances:- Responsible for analyzing credit and financial reports to determine risk involved in loaning money or extending credit. Scrutinizes financial data such as market share, income growth, and management quality to decide if loans will be lucrative.- Performing activities for ensuring the Bank maintains adequate credit, market, and operational risk, thus ensuring the Bank is in full compliance with all banking laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.- Minimize bad debt risk and maximize accounts receivable collections.
