Duties & Responsibilities Such as: Maximum utilization of all Xtramix equipments.  Enhance the productivity of Xtramix equipments.  Smooth coordination of Fleet Management (Logistics, Maintenance) to appear our operation beneficial. Provide adequate levels of service and quality to meet as per Production department requirements.  Analyze site locations alone encompasses many modes including distance, road condition, permission & fuel consumption & cost + level of service.  Reevaluate our Fleet and find ways to improve service, reduce costs and maintain quality.  Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.  Maintain a clean and safe plant & Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.  Responsible for plant production goals. Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.  Foster a well-trained and motivated staff. & conduct employee performance reviews.  Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping.  Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.  Schedule and conduct plant meetings. & attend scheduled corporate training and meetings.  Responsible for the product quality control for the plant.  Giving direction to the plant supervisor & preparing schedule of daily production.  Following all safety needed for the plant and employee.Direct distribution center operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, timeliness objectives. Create policies or procedures for logistics activities Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements. Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records . Train shipping department personnel in roles or responsibilities regarding global logistics strategies. Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems
