• Radio Solutions and Strategies:-Improve spectrum efficiency (SE) by doing studies for all network elements.-Dealing with network strategies and spectrum evacuations and redistribution between technologies (for example evacuating 2G band 1800 to be used for LTE-FDD, TDD band evacuating for 5G purpose and currently studies option of evaluating 3G band totally)-Hardware mapping strategies and network modernization• 5G NR:- 5G Launch and pre-launch activities, including parameters and KPIs mapping.- Study all spectrum solutions to deploy 5G over our network including SA, NSA, and RAN Sharing (MORAN, MOCN).- Knowledge of all NR frame structure options and the best solution available based on the current network- Full understanding of 5G mMIMO and beamforming, and the best possible solution based on network characteristics.- full view of all vendor's solutions and suggestions (Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia)• LTE-A / LTE : -Improve & maintain the Radio Network Performance as per the target KPIs for both FDD & TDD (Accessibility, Retainability ,Mobility & Service Integrity).-Perform Extensive Optimization, By adjusting Radio parameters and activate Features on eNode daily bases to overcome the Growth in Demands, maintain and enhance the KPIs, and improve the customer experience (big personal achievements)• 3G: -Improve & maintain the Radio Network Performance as per the target KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability ,Mobility & Service Integrity).-Perform Extensive Optimization, By adjusting Radio parameters and activate Features on Cell and RNC level on daily bases to overcome the Growth in Demands, maintain and enhance the KPIs, and improve the customer experience• 2G:-Optimize new and current network 2G Sites.•Planning:-Plan for new sites, expansion sites, network phases, and new network projects.-Perform link budget analysis, understand and utilize design criteria including coverage and traffic analysis for different technologies.
