-Gathering customers’ requirements to provide the best High/Low level design according to such .-Creating Design and managing Deployment of Advanced Enterprise Infrastructure.-Operate all Network and ancillary equipment in the correct manner.-Ensure that the Network Components utilization is within acceptable limits.-Provide Technical Support for sales team when needed.-Commit to data network security protection as stated in customer’s security policy. Encompassing firewalls, web filtering, and network based anti-virus protection, System/user authentication, contentcaching and Intrusion detection.-Maintain zero downtime of network by monitoring its status, respond to all alerts and escalate problems , ensures network availability during service hours, and produce reports accordingly.-Solve customers’ problems remotely or at their sites and supervise any change request according to customer needs.-Train & Coach Engineering team who are in CCNA & CCNP Levels.

-Implement local and International TDM and VoIP Interconnection Using SS7, H323 & SIP.-Manage and configure Routing Table and number analysis.-Troubleshoot VoIP related problems (Low ASR , Low ACD ,.etc)-Traffic Engineering : analyzing traffic forecast then perform network dimensioning accordingly (Using Erlang calculator).-VoIP CPEs testing and provisioning (Over BB & Wi-Max).-Provide second level support for VoIP CPEs (GrandStream , Huawei , Linksys, .etc).-Support VOIP planning and testing as well as troubleshooting VOIP problems.-Support marketing team in developing new products.-Perform routine checks on performance of the relevant core network platform.

-Designing, planning, implementing and maintaining LAN / WAN and their networking devices: Switches, Routers (Cisco, Huawei).-Building Frame relay networks and build router configuration for frame relay services (Cisco, Huawei) and troubleshoot connection problems-Building Leased line network and make router configuration for Leased line services (Cisco, Huawei) and trouble shoot leased line connection problem.-Build configuration for Core switches (IGX "Cisco 8400").-Configuring, troubleshooting and dealing with TELENDOUS modem family (SDSL, SHDSL, HDSL, and HS).-Monitor, analyze and troubleshoot server, network, and network services incidents. -Develop and implement utilities such as HP Openview NMS, MRTG/PRTG to improve system monitoring and the gathering of operational and availability statistics for management reporting purposes.-Provide and maintain updated system documentations and user operating procedures.
