Execute court order, certificates and central bank correspondence.Follow up pending issues with branches and other concerned department and ensure processing as per p&pComplete all court order / certificates received from branch accurately and efficiently as per p&p and approval authorities ( Audit , clearance , liability , banking account …..) for QAT – BAH – UAE – YEMDo name search in the search engine to identify found and not found cases Prepare and deliver periodical report Prepare any other tasks as requested by direct supervisor Compliance performance in line with AB code of conducts as well as AB P&P ans local laws and regulationsReview Central Bank notices for UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Yemen and ensure to provide prompt feedback Monitor, report, and ensure the correct action is taken regarding suspect cases who maintain accounts with the bank based on Central Bank notices Anti Money Laundering, Check all Central Bank requirements for GCC and ensure compliance with the same ln charge of directing the feedbacks of Central Bank for GCC through Court System Log Direct all approved Central Bank responses to Operations Department Check and issue certificates (confirmation of balance, balance, A/C maintenance, under establishment, banking relationship and closure of A/C) for GCC Provide the unit with constructive ideas that would eliminate lag time Suggest new enhancements to be implemented to Court System Log Observe turnaround time in the unit Report daily, weekly, monthly and yearly work volumes Receive and check all customer accounts services transactions and ensure full information and documentation is available prior to execution Prepare daily MIS excel spreadsheet to monitor the department's productivity Prepare internal transfer transaction fot Qatar & UAE Report daily court transactions for UAE, Bahrain, and Yemen
