• To conduct Sectional & Dimensional Inspection of purchased raw materials as per in house inspection procedure and record the data’s in Standard Quality Format.• To Verify Incoming Raw Materials Quality, Heat No, Manufacturing Process, Specification along with Mill Test Certificate (MTC) and complies with project specification guideline. • To arrange Third Party Testing Agency for testing of Raw materials, to ensure the minimum requirement of Mechanical & Chemical Properties as per project specification requirements.• To ensure the dimensional correctness of the lay outs / jigs/ developments etc.. prior to starting of fabrication with the help of Fabrication Drawings.• To Conduct Stage wise inspections & record the data’s as per Company Quality Procedure, such as In Process/ Fit up, Welding & Final Inspection to control and assure the Quality.• To conduct the Non Destructive Tests, in coordination with the third party inspectors, on fabricated materials as per the approved Inspection Test Plan [ITP] and the Project Specification.• Preparation of quality documents for fabricated goods and to give clearance to allow for Surface treatment Process.• Ensure the surface treatment process is complies with project specification standard and record dry film thickness ( DFT ) of surface treatment coatings (Painting / galvanizing).• Dismantling and Erection of Steam Header/pipe• To prepare and submit all final quality documents of finished goods and give the clearance to deliver the materials.• To ensure the quality of site delivered materials and identification of erection marks of individual members with the help of Erection Drawings.• To give the clearance to site execution team to start erection activities.• To checking of pre- assembled structure before to lift and position the location. • Ensure the correctness of positioned structure with checking of verticality & diagonality of the structure.• Raise inspection request with Client QC, for alignment checking of the structure as per approved Inspection & Test plan (ITP).• After approval of Alignment inspection to permit erection team to start final alignment & bolt tightening of the structure.• To obtain hot work permit from Client for site welding activities if any, prior to start.• Raise final inspection request to client QC, after inspection if any snag works to clear for obtaining of approval for erected structure.• Preparation of final document contains; all approved inspection reports and submit to Client for obtaining of job completion certificate.
