Job Responsibilities:• Perform Heating and Cooling Load Calculations with Industry Software (HAP, ‎etc.).• Preparing design drawings for duct work and piping system networks by using suitable software.• Preparation the As-built drawings for Civil works (e.g. Floor Plans, Foundations).• Providing Levels and Elevations for Site on Plans.

Job Responsibilities:• Providing design drawings and calculations for HVAC, plumbing components, and Fire Fighting systems to satisfy target requirements throughout the design process and contribute to content and direction.• Review Contractor's submittals and checking their compliance with the specifications and drawings.• Preparation the shop drawings, material submittals, and As-built drawings.• Supervise on installation of all mechanical works, utilities, equipment and pipe networks such as Ducts network & air terminals, AHU’S, chillers, PU, Split units, and water pipes with fittings & controls.• Coordination with other disciplines (MEP/FP, Arch., Str., etc.) for Mechanical Work details.• Respond to the RFIs for the project, and accurately review submittals. • Assess mechanical systems problems and suggest solutions, also determine best practices for utilities selection, and Solve installation problems.• Providing site visits for regional projects including review of mechanical, plumping and fire protection. Monitoring quality and control of all the mechanical works at the site.

Job Responsibilities:• Perform heating and cooling load calculations with industry software (HAP, ‎etc.); manage all Electrical and Control requirements for HVAC equipment, and ‎recommend improvement through understanding of psychometrics, humid ‎climate design risks, and total energy concepts.• Preparing design drawings for duct work and piping system networks by using suitable software.• Estimating External Static Pressure for Fans using suitable software.• Applying building services design codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, IMC and other International design codes, ‎and Ensuring that completed mechanical works designs meet approved ‎national and international standards, in addition fulfill the client requirements.• Applying concepts of CHW, HW, WSHP, variable & constant ‎flow systems, Air side systems - CV, VAV, coil selection, fan selection, ‎Hydronic hot & chilled Systems. ‎• Advanced equipment selection, analysis, and schedule – chillers, boilers, air ‎terminals, cooling towers, air valves, hepa filters, DX equipment, and water ‎source heat pumps.• Custom design and capacity rating of residential and commercial compact heat exchanger coils.• Circuit design, manifold sizing and distributor selection on condenser, water, steam and DX coils.
