1) Perform Pre-commissioning Inspection to all system and sub-system for Sulphur Recovery Unit (SRU) plant.2) Implement Quality Control and expedite the construction activities of piping, tank, flow lines, Header line etc. to support the project management team.3) Oversees all QA/QC activities such as materials inspection, GRE pipe, piping, pipe fittings and pipe accessories, fit up and welding inspections. Oversees Radiographic test, all NDE, Hydro test, re-instatement, and other test of a completed & erected piping system. Support and guide to test package team and completed final hand over activities.4) Oversees all QA/QC activities of GRE pipe and fittings inspection, joint inspection, laying, review of test packages and witnessing hydro test, re-instatement and back filling.

India

1) Assist and reporting to QA/QC Manager.2) Interfaces with all major quality function of project as well as operational staff members, assuring all deliverables are executed in accordance with Project Quality Plan, and defined International Standards and COMPANY quality requirements.3) Specific duties and responsibilities include the following:4) Developing, amending, re-issuing and monitoring the Quality Plan.5) Reporting all accomplishments and concerns regarding Project Quality documents.6) Initiating action to prevent the recurrence of non-conformance of construction products and processes in accordance with Quality Plan.7) Scheduling, planning, execution and reporting of CONTRACTOR quality audits and quality surveillance activities.8) Developing and issuing quality audit reports.9) Maintenance of audit finding (Non-conformance) log and the tracking of raised Non-conformance to final resolution.10) Provide continuous support to project on all quality issues.11) Planning and implementation of the project quality assurance training and orientation.12) Review of Subcontractor's inspection plan and organizing of inspectors referring to construction plan and inspection plan.13) Auditing of document status and filing system.14) Filing inspection records in accordance with System Definition by each discipline.15) Establishing and publishing a site quality guideline to all participant of site construction.16) Verifying by monitoring/auditing/surveillance that the Site activities relating quality are being implemented in accordance with the Qualify Plan.17) Review and approval of method statements and all site procedures for submission to COMPANY.

Jubail-2, Eastern Province, Ksa.

1) Lead the team of QC Inspectors for monitoring the on‐going daily construction activities. 2) Review the construction method statements, ITPs, Quality Procedures and making comments as per project specifications and codes.3) Regular site visits for foreseeing the potential deficiencies based on his physical experience to share with construction crew and guidance to QC Inspectors. 4) Coordinate with NDT agencies for inspection & testing requirements. Ensuring the availability of QC Inspector during any operations. 5) Initiate internal Log Book Entries/NCR’s to construction crew for effective implementation of project quality plan, ITP’s, written procedures, project specifications, IFC drawings etc. 6) Coordinate with Clients inspectors for getting the feedback for open log book entries and preparations of corrective actions to close those violations. 7) Emphasize on the control of documents and records by advising the document controllers, QC Inspectors. 8) Conduct routine internal meetings with QC inspectors for further vigilance to the potential problems which must be tackled accordingly to avoid non-conformities.

1) Surveillance of QA/QC related activities in the workshop and site to verify the compliance.2) Issuing LBEs and NCRs to contractors executing work against project specifications and company's requirements. 3) Weld visual inspection of daily production welds.4) Monitoring activities, interpreting, drawings, identifying and resolving drawing and erection related discrepancies, managing contractors' anomalies, correcting them and providing solution wherever required.5) Played a key role in managing welders within the limits of WPS and project requirements, monitoring their performance. 6) Witness of PQR and Welders Performance Qualification as per Approved WPS.7) Performing various inspection activities as per ITP/Quality Control Plan.8) Reviewing test packages and witness Hydro tests and Leak tests.9) Perform line checking / Punch List/ Prepare and Check official Test Pack to release for Hydro-test, Pneumatic test.10) Implementing NDT Review. 1) Review ITP/QC Plan material certificates & NDT procedures etc. Inspection of incoming materials;2) Carried out Procedure Qualification Test (PQT), Welder's Qualification Tests (WQT);3) Fit up inspection, welding inspection before , during & after welding;4) Weld consumable control etc.;5) Final visual inspection;7) Review of Isometric Drawings & ensure Approved WPS as well as Qualified Welders are available;8) Co-ordination with Clients and NDT Sub contractors, Interpret/Review NDT reports;9) Prepare daily inspection reports;10) Ensure that Inspection/Testing equipments at site are with valid calibration;11) Co-ordinate with Client Inspector for daily welding activities and for stagewise inspection;12) Responsible for performing line inspections for compliance of ITPs;13) Prepare/Review Test Packs, punch list piping systems;14) Make all quality control documents like WPS, PQR, Welder qualification, and inspection reports.
