Follow-up and reconcile bank accounts.Prepare of various regulatory reports. Liaise with various departments as and when necessary.Processing payment vouchers, check preparation, recording transactions, maintenance of general & subsidiary ledgers, prepares financial statements and financial reports.Prepare Of gross sales reports, development of representatives activities & actions of their retail and its efficiency of all products.

Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure for all Projects. Review the vendors’ balances and matching it with its due date.Support in budget and forecasting activities. Collaborates with the other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.Responds to inquiries from the Director of Finance, financial manager, and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.Work with the Controller to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit for all Projects & Accounts under control, by supervising general ledger accounts and ensure from accurate closing to appropriate financial statement. Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
