To review and approve all material and Drawing submittals according to design, project specifications and requirements. Supervise and ensure that the standard of the installed works is in accordance with the technical specification of the contract, standards and LEED requirements. Monitoring Installation & Commissioning activities of Mechanical services/equipments, Preparation of Exception item lists / Snag Lists of Mechanical Systems in the parcels of King Abdullah Financial District project. Communicating with the top management of Clients for fulfilling their requirements, technically, commercially and logistically to clinch new orders.  To manage teams, programs or functions, develop goals and objectives and ensure that staff has an appropriate project understanding. Furnish information to our top management/ Board on various parameters like Progress of work at Site, Details of resources deployed, cash flow details with regard to specific project, and overall business on periodic basis. On award of new business or Contract, coordinate with the Client / Consultant for freezing the scope of work with detailed work breakdown schedule (W.B.S), planned progress on work front and cash flow. Ensuring compliance with statutory norms and regulations in vogue in the place of operations with respect to HSE, labor laws, laws relating to civil defense, local authority.  Monitoring all the HVAC, plumbing, and Fire-Fighting work, to ensure the work done is in accordance to the approved shop drawings and quality standards.

Managing projects of multiple facilities in mechanical field especially in Building Services Engineering. Reading the Specifications, tender drawings and checking the bill of quantities.  Monitoring all the HVAC, plumbing, and Fire-Fighting work, to ensure the work done is in accordance to the approved shop drawings and quality standards. Maintaining the site material order and check time to time requirement of material according to site plan, program and schedule as per project planning department to proper flow of work. Supervision of all mechanical activities such as installation of chillers, air handling units, package units, fan coil units, duct type mini split units, exhaust fans, pumps, CHW piping, ducting, plumbing and fire fighting system. Preparing submittals for materials such as HVAC equipment, plumbing and fire fighting. Tendering & Pricing, Estimation, Preparing bill of quantities and purchase order. Distributing the work through concern engineer, foreman and Preparation of daily weekly and monthly reports. Follow the standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA & UPC (Uniform plumbing code) etc. Execution of work according to Approved Drawings, Project Specifications and Standards. Any changes according to site conditions co-ordination with design department to make As-Built Drawings. Analyzing and approving subcontractor's capabilities, their quality plans check & approve the subcontractor's bills and payment certificates. Prepare variation orders, and get it approved from clients & Consultants, Coordinate technical meetings with client and consultant. Strong capability to negotiate contracts, Scheduling & Controlling costs, Planning and coordinating construction activities. Consultant design review and check for discrepancy in the design/information and raise RFI’s and RFC’s for ambiguities to Client/Consultant.  Performing detailed cooling/heating load calculations on Elite/Carrier HAP Program based on design criteria. Duct/Pipe design and routing calculations, and its static/head calculations based on ASHRAE standards. Toilet ventilation, Kitchen ventilation, hood designing and Exhaust fan selection.  Equipment selection and Making of technical specification of the selected equipment. Site supervision as per client requirement and Quantity surveying, Billing & verification. Preparation of data sheets, specification and material requisition for HVAC system such as Chiller, AHU, package unit, ducts, VAV, single fan filter, Exhaust fans, HVAC control panel, etc. Preparing Shop drawings like HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Co-ordination drawings for all MEP Services. Preparing Risers Co-ordination drawings, Import all shop drawings like HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, builder Work openings drawings etc. Supervise and manage the CAD draughtsman in design department for production of shop drawings.
