Active DHS Secret Clearance

• Supervise and perform day to day Security Operations and responsibilities.• Provide training, guidance, counseling, direction, and scheduling services to department employees.• Deter crime and protect FDIC property, personnel, sensitive information, and equipment by following established physical security protocols and procedures.• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.• Complete monthly and quarterly performance evaluations of employees.

Primary Responsibilities include:-Participate in all aspects of event planning and development with a focus on the event logistics. This includes but not limited to: -Site development, vendor relations, outreach, event promotion, participant cultivation, database support, volunteer outreach, communication, and general community outreach.-Assist with development of event materials and collateral.-Work independently on special projects within targeted areas mentioned above and performance STAT initiative.-Perform data analysis, research, and prepare various reports such as, government funding, scheduled events, and audits. -Metrics and data inputting of event costs into the system.-Assisting with the pre-work on the conversion from Meeting Room Manager (MRM) to EMS data gathering. -Work with the Conference and Events office and the Treasury Dining Room (TDR) on basic projects (market research, catering menu pricing and process improvements).
