I am the senior manager in charge of Okta's Device Access's new line of business. I have built a new group that is in charge of the new paid SKU which allows customers to create device access policies to protect their most important physical assets, their end-user devices. I have created the new ODA group, hired geographically distributed engineer teams, and partnered with cross-functional groups to build a strategy and execution plan. We are building key services to allow customers to join their devices into the Okta Device directory, including critical features such as Device MFA, Password Synchronization and management policies, and Passwordless access to the devices.

I was the founding manager of the teams that built Okta's device strategy for desktops, including client applications and associated cloud services. I built the teams and the product from the ground up, hiring, strategy, execution, delivery, support, and maintenance. • Led the development of Okta's flagship Authenticator, enabling non-fishable passwordless access to cloud applications.• Implemented Zero Trust device level capabilities to enhance security for managed devices.• Built cryptographic services for management attestation, including Okta's certificate authority, Certificate issuing services, CRL, and Dynamic CRL.• Build the integration layer to retrieve the device health information from the Crowdstrike Falcon sensor for device-based access control.• An artifact management service to allow the auto-upgrade of client applications to support zero-day OS upgrades and vulnerability updates.

• Led the Okta device management team to expand support for multiple MDM policies, the Apple Volume Purchase Program, and the Apple Device Enrollment program.• Developed cloud services to enhance Okta's capabilities, driving efficiency and user experience.• Achieved integration of new features, resulting in increased user adoption and satisfaction.

• Led the backend infrastructure team at Citrix to develop services for managing and securing devices in Xenmobile device management.• Implemented scalable solutions for device management, resulting in improved efficiency and security for clients.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend services with frontend client operating systems and Citrix client applications.
