Sales - executive/Finance Accountant● Responsible for billing credit sales invoices of the customers●Responsible for handling petty cash at the cash section in the showroom and every 15 days submitting statement to corporate office and reimbursement the same.●Responsible for handling main cash at the cash section in the showroom and deposited in Commercial Bank bank & posting in the Ceasor ERP.●Updating of DC Bills into the Ceasor, and updating MDR Gatepasses●Coordinating with the Head Office accounts / credit services departments for any issue related to billing●Coordinating with Other Showrooms & dept for due payments to be received from the customers at the time of deliveries●Ensure the amounts tally with the invoices made in Ceasor with the cash in counter.●Compiling the bills and send to the Head Office Jameerl showroom for compilations●Maintaining the registers related to invoices, petty cash and other cash transactions ●Remitting the cash / cheques received from the customers into the banks on daily basis and deposited in Commercial Bank. ●Maintenance of the petty cash register and accountable for petty cash daily transactions ●Maintaining Job Order of Golden Line and Matnaflex Factory and updating followup to the manager for making order time to time.●Responsible for the cash and should keep the cash safe custody at the counter●Responsible for tallying the physical cash balance with system cash balance.●Responsible for time to time Material deliveried to Customer and touch with delivery boys and drivers. ●Should be able to prepare sales reports i.e. Product Wise, Wise Target sheets through excel in pivot table, and handed over to Manager individually each Section In-charge
