o Offering TPA quotation proposals to all companies whom requesting us to do such proposals and work on it. o Preparing the necessary analysis concerning the benefits and their estimated cost and compare between the financial budget and the benefits.o Follow up with companies and make presentations. o Work on any new products, and try to create new products.o Try to implement the new products and get very good deals. o Issuing the policies and follow up with the other departments such as issuing the cards, preparing the invoices, delivers it to the customers.o Follow up the contracts (technically) after the acceptance.o Provide the customers with monthly reports.o Deep observations of any contract concerning the results and the loss ratio deviation o Responsible for the MIS. o Service report analysis to monitor any deviation.

o Offering quotation proposals to all companies whom requesting us to do such proposals and work on it.o Follow up the quotation with the business development dept. and preparing all amendments according to the customer request.o Visiting the customers to meet their needs and to see what is applicable concerning the company policies. o Receiving the medical form applications from the customers after their approval and study it carefully concerning all the technical points.o Issuing the policies and follow up with the other departments such as issuing the cards, preparing the invoices, deliver it to the customers.o Follow up the renewals every month, calculating the loss ratio, analysis the claims and everything concerning the policy.o Preparing the agreements with the dental and optical centers if one of the companies asks for such a service.o Receiving the customers calls ( if they have any complains ) and try to solve it after studing all the points , revising the concerning dept , and always try to reach to a satisfied solution for the both parties o Service report analysis to monitor any deviation.
