Ensuring Receiving of Finished Goods from Production Department.2. Finished goods Lot Management Control Table maintain.3. Storage by Product number & labeling PI (Product Identification) tag.4. Conduct Final Inspection of Product & Reporting to Customer of Inspection Record sheet.5. Vehicle’s loading & multi box layout plan with proper CBM.6. Inspection container & loading goods. 7. ** Customer: BCIC, BADC & Local Buyer.** Responsibilities (Stone Chips, Fertilizer, Coil, Doubly & Yellow Peaces): 1. All Trading Goods Transaction (Jetty wise In-Out) in Ibos System. Attendant any Training and Meeting, Visit to all Jetty point daily, Weekly & Monthly. Monitoring Lighters (Seal Lock and survey report check).2. Confirmation monthly inventory report by the physical check. Prepare stock card/bin card to maintain daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory. Prepare all reports in the warehouse department as per management requirements and send them to the hire authority.3. Stocking in warehouse according to product article, product separation and delivery invoice and ensuring FIFO method.4. Communicating with Procurement Department for PR/PO and Emergency items Delivery Purpose & for various items indent in warehouse maintaining.5. Communication with Distribution team for Materials Delivery Purpose. Reconcile Inventory Stock Report with Distribution & Logistics Team.6. Communicate with Ibos team for Ibos system, new materials code open, solve inventory issue & any problem Issue. 7. Prepared MRR/GRN, PR & Materials Receive, Store Documentation materials indent checked & MRR verify and all related work & update in Ibos System and Physically warehousing & racking. Make invoice/challan in Ibos system and physically materials delivery from warehouse.8. Team working & maintaining warehouse team (storekeeper). Arrange training on store-related issues & safety topics for warehouse staff. & warehouse staff Leave -Movement-TA/DA-Over Time posting in Ibos system (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).9. Special monitoring for lighter operation from mother vessel to ship point. Keep a close watch during loading/unloading operations from lighters to wharf/dumping and manage vehicles with warehousing.

** Customer: Local Dealer, Super Shop & Corporate Sales** Responsibilities (Food & Beverage): 1. Prepare distribution plan & ensure the delivery schedule as per route wise.2. Prepare Invoice, sales orders, sales bills, & check the pending delivery details & others.3. Communicate daily with sales team regarding delivery issues and product requirements of parties and increase sales.4. Prepare the daily stock report, distribution plan report, monthly delivery report and send it to the higher authority and Accounts & Finance department.5. Ensure monthly receiving stock, closing stock and depot expense reports.6. Handle accounts & petty cash.7. Count the physical damage as per distributor wise and entry sales credit note in the software.8.
