Key Responsibilities :-  Handling day-to-day vendor payments.  Ensure 100% quality of Accounts Receivable, AP Vendor and Member Firm Invoices Bank Reconciliation Statement. Updating of data in financial portals like TATA ION ERP. Making of GRN, Expense Voucher and Purchase Vouchers and Purchase orders  General Accounting, General Ledgers Making. Preparation of Sale Invoices and Tracking.  Generate and submit regulatory reports related to GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Ensure seamless integration of Tally with GST and TDS modules. Verify the accuracy of GST and TDS calculations within Tally. Ensure accurate recording of transactions, ledgers, and financial data in Tally. Choose an appropriate delivery method for sending invoices to customers (e.g., email, mail). Confirm receipt of invoices and follow up on any non-responses. Implement electronic invoicing solutions for efficiency, if applicable. Maintain organized records of all issued invoices, including both digital and hard copies. Archive invoices in a systematic manner for easy retrieval during audits or inquiries. Ensure compliance with document retention policies.
