Develop all Electronic banking channels for the bank ( such as ATM, Self Service Machines, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, SMS) to ensure these channels are actively used by Retail Banking Customers. Assist to develop business requirements, implement effective strategy and initiatives to enhance channel features and customer experienceDevelop E banking Channels to positively contribute and support the profitability and growth of the Retail Banking Business. Conduct market intelligence and analysis to ensure smooth implementation and development of e-banking strategiesPerform on-going monitoring and evaluation on the e-platformsPlan and execute new products and services on e-banking channel and improve user experienceConduct market intelligence and analysis to ensure smooth implementation and development of e-banking strategiesCommunicating with different users on collecting requirements, conducting UAT and providing training to related parties. Assisting in UAT managementResponsible for maintaining and further developing the proper functions for e-banking.Develop & manage all corporates Electronic banking channels for the bank ( such as Cash Management system (CMS), Cash Deposit Machine (CDM), Mobile Banking & Phone Banking Setup) to ensure these channels are actively used by Corporates Customers (Large Corporates, SME’s) Develop Corporates E banking Channels to positively contribute and support the sustainability and growth of the Corporates Banking Business. Identify, develop & implement new & value added services across all channels to achieve high level customer satisfaction and affinity with these channels. To make sure that all reports are provided to the top management in a proper way and timeCo-ordinate with all departments in order to finalize all available projects according unit plan Specially that related to cards developments and customer experience.

-Ensure that all outward transfers had been executed in the proper way-Ensure that all inward transfers had been credited to the final beneficiary with a good cross rate (if needed)-Making sure that all ledgers and departmental account balanced by end of day-Coordinate and checking that all banks Reconciliation are balanced on daily basis-Checking all Salaries transaction executed to the final fate.-Ensure that all correspondent MSG's had been created duly -coordinate with treasury department in order to get the covering bank and value date for all outward transfer-Making sure that all functions are work safely when Bank has upgrading system (UAT test) by coordination with IT dept.-Team member in ACH project in Jordan within UAT period and after going live.-Making sure and approve all Direct Credits (pacs.008) transactions within the session that Central Bank defined. -Approve to send all types of Direct Debit (pacs.003) to the instructed agent in order to collect the claim of our customer with a good value.-Approve and precede all initiated Mandates (pain .009) in order to collect claim of our customers Depending on certain period-Reply on all types of Direct Debit "pain.002" (Online Direct Debit, Customer Direct Debit and Mandate Direct Debit)- Reply on all inward Mandates (pain.012)

-Execute all incoming transfer inside and outside Jordan in all currencies -Execute all outgoing transfer inside and outside Jordan in all currencies-Execute transfer MT103, MT202, MT102, MT199 and MT191 through "SWIFT alliance" program.-Coordinate with a treasury department "FX deals".-Coordinate with compliance department in all outgoing and incoming TRF-Execute TRF as correspondent bank with DUBAI ISLAMIC BANK (UAE) for JOD dinar.-Execute salary transaction (our customer payments orders, chqs to the order our bank and banks remittance.•Working as a senior ECC checker, "final approval" in order to pay chqs through electronic clearing chqs, "replacement position".

-Cashing checks -Cash deposit unlimited amounts -Cash withdrawal unlimited amounts -Internal TRF-FX transaction -Purchase checks -Outgoing transfer and Incoming transfer (SWIFT)-International checks -Polyvalent accounting entry -Check Issuance - Returned checks-Electronic Clearing Checks (ECC System)-Archiving System -ATM Replenishment
