Degree BSc(Engg.) in Mechanical having with more than 15 years of experience achieved in rendering engineering services in Pre-commissioning & Commissioning, Mechanical, Piping fabrication, and installation on onshore site for various Oil, Gas, Power and petrochemical ,Refinery plants. Duties include performing general engineering function such as miscellaneous procedures, preparation, material takeoff for bill of quantities, preparation of isometric drawings, including spooling cutting sequence, weld mapping, hydro testing, preparation of tie-in packages, perform system walk through or line checking, punch list maintenance work in daily routine work in live plant, commissioning of plant major and minor shutdown, issuing and receiving hot and cold permit system. Hydro test, pneumatic test, strength & N2He leak test. Piping flushing/blowing, piping retro-jetting/cleaning & drying, piping preservation, and re-instatement. Ship sea trial & commissioning. Excel spreadsheet database. High standard of safe working practice and productivity. Ability to think out of the box, to lead a team under pressure, to adjust to different kind of people & environment, to give best output in challenging & motivating work condition. Discussions with client and consultant for work front availability and technical clarifications. Discussions with subcontractor and subordinates to achieve scheduled targets.
