• Network Design – IP addressing Scheme and Routing Protocol design• Prepare and maintain Design documents as per project requirement.• Allocate work to Project Engineers and monitor progress.• Ensure timely completion of module deliverables, meeting the specified quality levels• Ensure configuration management of the module.• Coordinate preparation of project documents within the team.• Maintain modules documents and quality records and maintaining SLA.• Vendor management and escalations to Vendors. e.g. OEM and ISP • Liaison with different internal and external depts. • Inventory of all Network devices including spare material, ensured to be up to date & documented. And AMC alerts.• Network Status reporting (MOU/SLA/KPI/Utilization reporting).• Process Awareness & Compliance, Compliance with CSC Core Process & Quality Procedures & programs, Internal/External Quality audits. (ISO 9001:2000 )• Representing CSC India networks as an auditee for Information security management system for ISO 27000 Audits, thus ensuring all controls in place as per the ISMS framework.• Configuration and maintenance of various network Equipments (product e.g. Cisco, Nortel , Bluecoat , Packet Shaper , Check Point ).• Diagnosed and resolve network connectivity issues throughout the organization.

The project involved maintaining and monitoring of around 2000 CISCO router and switches throughout the world on ATM and Frame-Relay links using static and dynamic routing like BGP, EIGRP and OSPF.Key Responsibilities:• Coordination with US service provider like Broadwing, Equant, ATT, Verizon, MCI, SBC etc. for smooth operation.• Analyze network traffic to identify performance and resource utilization problems.• Maintain network reliability through problem resolution and escalation.• Monitor Trouble tickets in AR systems-Remedy/Opas ver 6.03• Identify alarm and take/advice appropriate response actions for future automation• Round the clock monitoring of Network with 100% up time guarantee
