To facilitate HR Operations in all aspect of their processes, procedures and look after the different modules of HRIS including payroll of whole bank (branches all over Pakistan) with complete setup, processing, posting, disbursement and includes handling of tax, loans etc.Implementation with training of different modules like HR planning, HR budgeting.

• Job Description/Role
• Owner of all policies and procedures for the functions and departments agreed to be within HR Manager Role.
• Recruitment of all staff including higher management and technical artists.
• Conduct new employee orientations.
• Recognized for consistently building productive teams in production, despite organizational problems such as re-engineering, downsizing, and internal conflict.
• On behalf of CEO and MD, administer a confidential program to identify top performing employees. Develop ranking criteria, monitor performance, write compensation guidelines, and oversee succession planning.

• To identify the current and prospective staffing requirements, prepared and post notices and advertisements, and collected and screen applications.
• Assisting in recruiting process (For Dubai only). Finding the right ones, getting them properly trained to help them in growing the business along with their career.
• To handle all the labor hiring issues with different nationalities and with DULSCO as well.
• Advised job applicants on Employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment.
• Negotiated settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process.
• Payroll processing (of around 500 employees, handling all the payroll related issues like different allowances, gratuities, loans, final settlements etc).

I was working in HR and Admin departments as a temporary shift employee. Key responsibility includes the payroll processing and administrative issues.
