• Take customer calls and answer their queries and concerns accurately, and satisfactorily.• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support. • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, or using the products or services Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
