CurrentThe main tasks that I have been accredited to fulfil on a daily basis include: - Entering and managing patients' data (medical files, appointments, prescribed treatment plan, follow ups, etc) on the computer-based system that is utilized by the center- Overseeing the quality of the healthcare services that are being delivered- Liaising with the doctors about the needed referrals of each patient (to a doctor of another speciality/ to a therapist inside the center) according to the case/ health condition of the patient - Filling a survey entitled "Patient Satisfaction Survey" as a method of conducting a study which aims to assess the patients' satisfaction with the rendered services, consider any comments/ complaints that might be raised by the patients, and/or to assess the success of the newly established and existing departments in the center - Overseeing and maintaining the availability, quantity and quality of all the equipment and supplies needed in the institution in order to facilitate the delivery of various services, and report any missings to the concerned department(s) - Writing weekly or monthly reports that address the overall quality of the services that are being delivered in the center and suggesting any reforms that should be applied to streamline the work and ensure a better patient satisfaction, and then submitting these reports to the administration unit- Playing a contribution in the health promotion and disease prevention campaigns that are occasionally organized by the institution, and disseminating important health information to people for raising awareness about the safe and healthy daily-life practices that should be followed - Strengthening the relationship bond with patients of all demographic backgrounds and health statuses, and actively listening to their needs and preferences
