Pre Contract Responsibilities:-  Feasibility studies (cost per key, cost per m2 etc.) Responsibility to preparation of Bill of Quantities according to the tender drawings. Quantity Take Off for all Civil elements (Manually, A-CAD) based on pricing preambles and compiling the Tender BoQ with description. Additional BoQ items/scope and incorporating within the tender offer. Review of tender drawings/documents for discrepancies. Analyze and compare quotations received at bid stage and clarifying exclusions/qualifications within. Compilation of tender/bid offer submissions. Calculation of quantities & Cross check the quantities of design consultant. Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head.Post Contract Responsibilities:- Preparation and verification of payments / valuations so that payment is received in accordance with the terms of the contract conditions, Works progress. Maintain logs for claims and thereby agreeing variations/change orders Preparing and compiling variation claim document with all relevant substantiation to the satisfaction of the Engineer/Employer. Prepare & Compile “Final Accounts Payment application” with relevant substantiation and documents as per contract obligations. Prepare material take off for (Civil & Structural), as per material specifications and develop method of measurement suitable for the job requirement. Reconciliation of Steel & Cement as per Consumption at Site. Prepare comparative statements for different suppliers & subcontractors. Conducts site visits/Inspections for progress monitoring. Monitors material delivers and actual material consumption at site. Prepare quantity variation as per tender & as per Site Condition Prepare detail list of materials necessary for the completion of the project. Work closely with the Planning Engineer for the progress of Running Bill and complete cost of the project.

Creating Auto CAD model and generating fabrication Shop drawings in cad format using in AutoCAD. Creating setting plan & details and Elevation Plan and section. Generating fabrication shop drawing (Column, Beam, Stair, Handrail, Brace, and Room). Converting standard connection details for the loose and filed weld from Raster to Vector using AutoCAD.Site visit to check the work as per drawing.
