 Review the piping drawings and identify points of discrepancies from the design against the actual site installation.  Initiate the preparation of field sketches, discrepancy reports, site quires and onsite solutions and dispositions. Organize meetings with the Subcontractors regarding priority schedules, Interfacing works, materials and equipment preparation. Conduct line checking to insure the construction has been done properly in accordance with the drawing and Project specification.  Prepare daily progress reports, released notices and other related paper works as required Depth knowledge of high pressure piping systems including components, valves, supports, pipe fabrication and assembly, installation and erection requirements including testing. Highly experienced in various methods of repair for pipe work suffering from in service defects, leaks, corrosion and stress failure. Highly experienced in welding processes and techniques for piping and structural assemblies, with a wide range of knowledge in the different materials utilized in pressure piping and fabrication works. Depth knowledge of safety procedures for all onshore operations, hot works, Confined space, vessel entry and working on live production stations. Experienced in hydrostatic testing requirements and procedures AG and UG pipelines. Fully familiar with inspection requirements and techniques for all works carried out by the support service. Experienced with scaffolding erection and requirements. Very high level of supervisory, leadership and man management skills. Clear understanding of statutory requirements for joint operations and SIMOPS when involved with Construction and live production stations and providing well head support. Knowledge of indoor, outdoor and onshore piping fabrication, installation, pressure testing, Pre commissioning and painting and insulation. Familiar with international codes and standards like ASME, API, ASTM, AWS,NACE etc.
