SAMI AL ANGARI RESIDENTIAL VILLA PROJECT VILLA TURKEY AL MALIKDSCA Project (Down Syndrome Charitable Association)•Quantities take off of structural/Civil, architectural, and external works as per Specifications and Approved Drawings and Prepare BOQ as per CSI Divisions.•Prepare Client IPC (Interim Payment Certificate) and submit it according to the claim date with substantiated Documents and breakdown.•Prepare cost control and monthly progress claims, Daily and weekly Reports, variations/change orders, Productivity Reports, Bi-Monthly Forecasts, Cash flow, Executive Summary Reports, and Comparative Analysis.• Visits the site regularly to measure work in progress and Value on-site work.•Evaluate sub-contractors claims and preparation of IPCs.•Prepare Variation Orders as per site condition, Engineer/client requirement, changes in drawing, and specification.•Estimate Civil and Architectural works such as Concrete works, earthworks, Waterproofing EPDM, Thermal insulation, Block Masonry, Plaster, Marble, wooden parquet works, Ceramic tiles, Cladding, Gypsum works, Epoxy, Landscape, External and Internal Painting Works, and Ceilings.•Participate in technical and progress meetings as required by the Project Manager.•Submission of client and subcontractor’s payment using ERP Software.•Liaise with client / Client’s Representative and other construction professionals such as site managers, project managers, and site engineers.•Track changes to Design and /or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.•Prepare quantities and develop a quantity tracking sheet based on Project BOQs.•Prepare and maintain records of all agreements and payments.•Coordinate with site staff, MEP, and project control departments.•Prepare a comparison report to finalize the subcontractor, including all necessary negotiations and problem solutions.•Inspection of works and estimation of balance work with updated quantities.
