· Reviewing and managing Payables / Receivables ageing and outstanding liability statements on a monthly basis and ensuring periodic reconciliation of accounts with all creditors & debtors.· Preparing monthly reports including accounts payable reconciliation, accounts receivable reconciliation, cash flow report, profit and loss a/c, balance sheet audits.

• Arranging processing and release of the payment within the given timeframe and maintain records after fund transfer.

• Preparation of various MIS reports required by the Management and Client.

• SAP Business One as a end user on modules (Sale/ Purchase / Inventory / Production,
• Tracking the BOM (Bill of Material) via SAP which is released by PPC (Production Planning Control) department,
• Inventory Reconciliation, MIS Report Inventory for send Bank D.P,
• Enter Bank entries in SAP, Responsible to update Job Work in Tally,
• Goods Receipt related Entries in SAP.
• Checking the Invoice Quantity, Price with GRN Quantity.
