• 10+ years of Experience in the IT industry with emphasis on Workday, Software development, deployment, enhancement, Business and QA Analysis etc.• Experience of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodologies and Validations & also in analysis of all phases of the Project life cycle• Extensive knowledge of various HR transactions involved in Workday HCM/HR Integrations.• Hands - On Experience in Configuring with Custom reports, calculated fields, Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connector, Report Design, and Business form Layout, Solution Manager.• Build reports using Workday's report writing tools. Ability to help clients resolve reporting issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution.• Good Command over Employee Life cycle (Core HR), Employee self-service, Manager Self-service, Payroll Interfaces, Benefits and compensation modules.• Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and team members.• Assist company in fully integrating the Workday system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices.• Proficient in Report Writing, Creating Custom Object, Custom Reports and Workday Calculated Fields & Design Workday HCM data conversion process• Configured and tested Workday Compensation including Packages, mapping, Salary & Hourly Plans, Bonus and Merit plans.• Setting up Workday Payroll/Compensation/Benefit/Time structure for the organization and connecting Workday with third party payroll system using third party payroll connectors. Data validation after loading into Workday and responsible for issue tracking and resolution.• Experience on Document Transformation, Simple and fixed length XSLT, RAAS to load data• Experience in reports, Integrations in the modules: HCM, Compensation, mapping, Benefits, Payroll - PICOF,PECI and Time/Absence• Experience in creating Simple, Advance, Matrix, Custom, audit/validation, shared and BIRT reports, Report Design, Business form Layout, Dashboards, Worklets, Calculated Fields, Multi-level calculated fields.• Worked on the Object Management Systems like Role Based, User Based, Job-Based Security groups.• Experience in Unit testing, SIT, Regression and Parallel Testing and UAT for Workday Integration, Business Process's & Execute Integration testing for all API out bound integrations touching all HCM objects.• Thorough knowledge of HR processes such as employee record maintenance, Payroll, Benefits, Security, Pay Planning, Performance Management/Talent Management, Time Tracking / On-boarding.
