Full in-charge of Chief Document Controller & Project secretary.❖ Updating Incoming and outgoing documents in the log sheet.❖ Submission of Transmittal to the Sub-Contractor with proper number.❖ Organizing Meeting with Sub-Contractor.❖ Distributing Weekly Updated log sheet to the Sub-Contractor and internalDepartment.❖ Distribution of incoming and outgoing Letters to the Sub contractor andinternal Department.❖ Maintain all the Soft copies and Hard copies accordingly.❖ Labeling and documentation of files on department wise.❖ Sending Emails to the Sub-Contractor with common Email User and updatingin the log sheet.❖ Maintaining Daily Attendance Sheet and reporting to the PM.❖ Printing and scanning all the documents received from the Sub-Contractor andsubmitting to the concerned department.❖ Sending daily safety report EHSS Department.❖ Preparing the internal DPR and sending to the management.❖ Supervising & checking housekeeping, janitorial & sanitary Services.❖ Preparing Gat Pass for the visitors.❖ Preparing Time Sheet for the staff.❖ Integrated company E-mails & reply to the concern departments.❖ Receiving RFIs for Stamping and submitting to the Sub-Contractor.❖ Maintain the Log sheet for Equipment Calibration.❖ Conducting Weekly progress Meeting & Preparing MOM. ❖ Issuing reference numbers for meeting minutes, outgoing letters and issuing transmittals to concerns (sub-contractors) and update the acknowledged soft and hard copies to the system and file. And will update the logs in detail❖ Receiving letters/transmittals and other documents from Subcontractors And distributed to the concerned departments after the direction from the Project Manager. The originals were filed and update all the scanned copies in the system and update the logs accordingly in detail by daily basis.❖ Producing documents (soft & hard) copies to the officials and departments upon their demand.❖ Responsible of receiving electronic/hard copies of transmittals.
