Bulk Logistic Supervisor

Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they meet safety standards.▪ Coordinate the transfer of all products coming in and leaving the Warehouse.▪ Track the movement of all products in and out of the Warehouse to ensure that none are misplaced.▪ Ensure that all products are available in the right quantity.▪ Schedule the delivery of products in an organized way to avoid overcrowding in the main area.▪ Check the products received and sign the quality form.▪ Implement and maintain HSE protocols for logistics activities.▪ Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and overall fleet performance.▪ Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet efficiency and reduce costs.▪ Communication – between customer and company through company portal, email and mobile device.▪ Develop and maintain pre and post load checklists for all shipments.▪ Ensure that all pre-load inspections are completed thoroughly and accurately.▪ Verify post-load checklists to confirm that shipments meet quality and safety requirements.▪ Plan and coordinate the efficient consolidation of loads from various segments.▪ Ensure timely and safe delivery of consolidated loads to their destinations.▪ Monitor driver performance and adherence to safety protocols.▪ Conduct driver training and coaching sessions as needed.▪ Maintain driver compliance records and documentation.▪ Provide timely updates and recommendations to senior management.▪ Processing rental vehicle requests, vehicle maintenance requests, and accident report requests in atimely manner.▪ Coordinate with the Warehouse Assistants to ensure that all products are moved, stored, and segregated correctly in the Warehouse

- Handling branch costumer query’s- Responds to customer inquiries regarding new account opening, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, application of products, and pricing.- Generates non-routine correspondence to secure additional customer information or resolve customer disputes.- Manage telephone enquiries through to a satisfactory resolution.- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.- Handling Remittance- Meeting with different companies for opening their employee accounts at SNB.- Conducts customer surveys.
