In the sepsPIC project, I will design, simulate, and fabricate an integrated optical chip composed of multiple ring resonators on a single waveguide. This chip will be capable of simultaneously detecting several Sepsis biomarkers. The surface chemistry will be developed by the Molecular Nano-Fabrication (MNF) group at the University of Twente, and the prototype device will be built in collaboration with Teledyne and Saxion University. Following this, the device will undergo assay development and clinical evaluations as well as social-psychological studies.

I'm involved in digitally identifying single entities and conducting statistical analyses using CMOS-based Nanocapacitor Arrays: an integrated, on-chip impedimetric biosensor by NXP Semiconductors. This approach can potentially revolutionize electrochemical biosensing by tackling non-specific bindings via mimicking olfactory sensing systems.I am settled in the Bio-Electronics group, Science and Technology Faculty under the supervision of Professor Serge Lemay, part of MESA+ Institute for Nanotechnology.

I managed the cultivation of cells and carried out ECIS tests on both cancer cell lines and samples from patients. Additionally, I took part in a clinical trial focused on electrostatic cancer treatment at NoorAfshar Hospital in Tehran.
