Support and deliver employability and entrepreneurship skills training workshops.2. Support and deliver Robotics, App Development, and Technology-based training workshops.3. Support and deliver Vocational Training workshops in a field of his/her expertise.4. Deliver life skills training5. Contribute to enhancing and developing the current workshops with new ideas, tools, and techniques.Administration:1. Support the centers’ development in terms of activities and technological upgrading.2. Handle and follow up on all administrative work related to the center including the development of action plans, reporting (monthly and quarterly), and expenditure management.3. Support, handle, and follow up on all logistics work related to the center including required maintenance and office supplies among others.4. Facilitate the implementation of project-related training workshops for staff and volunteersSupport project internal monitoring and evaluation processes.5. Participate in project meetings and UN coordination meetings/working groups at the field level and provide regular feedback.6. Support correspondence with partners, in cooperation with the Programmes Coordinator.7. Represents ARCPA in related events.8. Performs other job-related tasks as requested by the supervisor.
