Having more than 14 years of IT experience and have a sound understanding of pharmaceutical domain practices; around 11 years of my work experience has been involved in support and implementation, validation, solution designing and production execution activities. With the usage of specialized software knowledge and adaptability to new technologies, I have successfully supported, enhanced and deployed required software solutions and scaled up development and deployment of IT applications. Because of my strong technical skills and good hold customer handling/relationship, in 2015 from India I was moved first to United Kingdom and then to the United States combining around 5 years with Pharmaceutical giants in both countries where I helped in the growth of their business via various automations, product enhancement and supporting computerized systems hosted on Salesforce platform. Currently, I am working as a Salesforce Administrator and DevOps engineer utilizing Copado, the latest software industry tool for CICD.
