• Advice, monitor and inspection of Contractors performance to meet all safety standards and Code of Practices.• Practice the application and compliance of the contractors’ safety management system and periodically reviewing to keep abreast of the technology changes and new technical developments.• Site supervision on safe work practices and procedure compliance• Co-ordinate heavy lifting activities such as lifting of pre-cast columns, beams, staircase, floor and wall slabs • Monitoring the safe work practice during lifting of heavy pre-cast materials• Conduct inspection for installation of cranes at site• Study of hazardous condition with regards to chemical safety, health, environmental & fire prevention and recommending proper use and safe procedures.• Ergonomic and safety recommendations for all finished works & conduct safety related training for new employees to work in confined spaces.• Coordinate heavy lifting activities and movement of heavy machinery / equipments.• Advise, monitor and inspection of contractors’ performance to meet all safety standards and Code of Practices.• Oversee worker's performance in the various disciplines which includes underground pipe installation, tanks, lifting method study, method statement and job safety analysis submitted by the contractors.
