1. Manage Production:- Oversee primary, secondary, and tertiary production stages.2. Coordinate with Marketing:- Align production schedules with marketing commitments.3. Handle Deliveries and Logistics:- Arrange and track interplant deliveries.- Coordinate international shipping and vessel bookings.4. Analyze Production Capacity:- Assess production capacity based on manpower and hours.5. Maintain Reports:- Update monthly production reports.- Provide daily and monthly production updates to management.6. Work with QA Team:- Coordinate for quality checks and COA (Certificates of Analysis).7. Collaborate with Planners:- Manage order transfers and material follow-ups.8. Coordinate with Productions Head:- Oversee manpower and machine settings.9. Organize Trials and Validation:- Liaise with labs for product trials and validation.10. Support Finance:- Provide data for costing and budgeting.11. Update ERP BOM:- Keep the Bill of Materials (BOM) current in the ERP system.

1. Ensure Smooth Production:- Keep production running smoothly by following the HQ schedule and resolving material issues.2. Manage Material Supply:- Work with suppliers to ensure materials are available and stocked.3. Allocate Manpower:- Assign tasks based on employee expertise and training.4. Organize Shipments:- Arrange and manage daily shipments of finished goods to customers.5. Provide Documentation:- Prepare and deliver production reports to top management.6. Handle Personnel Issues:- Address and resolve personnel problems by analyzing data and recommending actions.

Verify Raw Material Usage:- Ensure accurate usage and tracking of raw materials.

1. Handle Invoices and Orders:- Verify and issue invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders using UBS/ERP systems.2. Verify Material Usage:- Check quantities of raw and packaging materials used in daily production.3. Plan Production:- Schedule daily production and arrange manpower accordingly.4. Manage Inventory:- Oversee inventory management and control.5. Prepare Reports:- Prepare and verify monthly production reports and traceability programs.6. Update Procedures:- Maintain and improve production procedures as needed.7. Control Production Costs:- Monitor and analyze data to manage production costs, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.8. Coordinate with Export Dept:- Work with the Export Department to meet shipping deadlines.9. Assist Purchaser:- Support the purchaser in managing procurement activities.10. Verifying Raw Material Use:- Check daily raw material usage for accuracy.11. Manage Inventory Control:- Ensure effective inventory control practices are followed.
