Handles all complaints regarding security and safety, thoroughly reports on guest or employee injuries, thefts, assaults, lost property, car accidents, loud parties, vandalism, and other guest/staff complaints. 06. Developing a training program for all security personnel for every business unit. 07. Controlling capability of all foreign expertise requirements with disciplinary matters. 08. To develop emergency procedures and incident responses and investigate of security breaches. 09. Take supports the company in day-to-day operational management, as well as meeting the strategic goals. 10. Implement disciplinary procedures and conduct audits to find holes in security platform. 11. Responsible for complete arrangements for annual events, conferences, and seminars and other functions. 12. To capable prepare and check daily and monthly on employee’s discipline reports. 13. To ensure the availability of fire & safety equipment with good condition across by fire mans with concerns. 14. All factory compliance matter daily to daily ensure as per the top management requirements. 15. To be able to follow and help in collections bad debts and follow up the legal cases requirement. 16. Patrols of Hotel grounds on a regular basis, and documents activities properly. 17. Records all written reports involving security related incidents and guest or employee accidents at the hotel. 18. Handles any emergency that would require partial or complete evacuation drill parade of the such as fire, armed robbery, severe injuries, power failure or bomb threats etc.
