Meghna Noodles and Biscuits Factory (MNBFL) is First and Only One Factory in Bangladesh which was approved by Nestlé for Maggi Choto Noodles Production. Nestlé will supply their own raw and packaging materials and will use MNBFL Instant Noodles Line for production. 3. To comply this requirements, Meghna Noodles and Biscuits Factory (MNBFL) has to achieve ISO 9001, Halal Certification, Food Safety Standard, Employee Health Screening and SMEAT 4 Pillar requirements.Achievement of 2022: 1. Establishment of Finished Goods, Raw Material and Packing release procedure.2. Formalize Finished Goods, Raw Material Specification and Quality monitoring Scheme.3. Consumer Complaint investigation and Line wise Summary and monthly tracking.4. Introduction of Pest management reporting for full factory.5. Monthly Distributor visit and reporting to Sales and Accounts team for improvement 6. Establishment of Sensory Evaluation for finished Goods before final release.7. Establishment of Pathogen Monitoring Plan for Line and products8. Strengthen Retention Sample Study for manufactured Products. 9. Agreement with SGS, Bangladesh for Finished Product testing and technical support.10. Successful Launch of Fresh Cup Noodles. Positive feedback from market with Zero complaint.11. Establishment of CCP ( Metal Detector ) at Biscuits Packing , Snacks Packing and Noodles Packing Line.

Duties/Responsibilities:Quality Management System ISO 9001 : 2015 Certification : - Certified Internal Auditor for Quality Management System. - Ensure Implementation of Quality Management System at Site. - Management representative for Quality Management System. - Ensure process review in the system. Halal Co-ordinator :- Ensure Halal management system at Factory as per Nestlé & Local standard. - Ensure training for operators and officers to maintain Halal requirements at line. - Verify raw material, packaging material as per halal standard. - Internal auditor for halal assurance system at site. BSTI CM License for Finished Goods : - Prepare manufacturing site for BSTI Official Visit. - Follow-up, monitor and record all the requirements for finished goods as per CM licenses.Budgeting & Control :- Standard Cost Budgeting for current & next year.- Monitor the expense for Outside lab Analysis , Chemical & reagents Purchase , Calibration & Auditing.- Cost savings initiative to support business in terms of TDC.Intermarket Supply Product (IMS ) :- Ensure all local (BD) market requirements are available & communicated to Producing Market .- Net weight requirements are attached in IMS Product Brief.- Halal requirements are attached in IMS Product Brief.Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO) :- Ensure DMO NCCS implementation as per SAR market plan.- Ensure operators and officers are well trained and all manual operations transfer to automated process.- Ensure Budget for DMO compatible Static scale and dynamic scale for new plant.Draft regulation (BDS ) :- Ensure on time feedback shared with Legal and RSA team on Draft Regulation.- Share the impact with Finance team on Cost impact due to new regulation.

Duties/Responsibilities: Compliance Management System : - Ensure Compliance of finished products as per BSTI & New Food Safety Rule 2013. - Ensure analysis from ISO 17025 Lab for finished goods & raw materials. - Ensure & Review of Quality monitoring scheme for finished goods Nutritional declaration, Chemical contaminants & Pesticides residues as per Codex. - Ensure & Review of Quality monitoring scheme for Raw Materials Chemical contaminants & Pesticides residues as per Codex. - Ensure & Review of Quality monitoring scheme for Water Chemical contaminants & Pesticides residues as per WHO guideline. - Ensure & Review of Quality monitoring scheme for packaging material Chemical contaminants per Nestlé guideline. - Ensure yearly budget for all the expenses regarding compliance. Raw Material Release & Supplier Audit : - Finalize yearly supplier audit. - Circulate supplier performance basis the monthly observation. - Ensure defective material management at site. - Ensure complaint management system in case of deviation.

Ensure the market requirements on label.
