-Maintain safety & health documentation.-Ensuring the monitoring, assessment, and regular inspection of the working environment to identify the various hazards which the worker may be exposed and to assess their level of exposure.-Carry out incident investigations in the event of any incident that occured in workplace.-Inspect the workplace on frequent basis to udentify non-conformances to safety & health requirements.-Conducts joint safety & health inspection with client and main contractors.-Issuing observation, non-conformance report or stop work order for any identified non-conformance in project site. -Cease operation and ensure immediate action is taken if there is high risk on safety of the workers.

- Cooperate with project management to ensure succesful implementation of the project safety plan.-Ensure adequate supervision of the work being carried out, with regard to health, safety, & environmental requirements.-Comply with relevant safe work procedure as drawn up in the project safety plan.-Ensure that all workmen under their charge obeyed to site health, safety, & regulation.-Ensure that effective measures are taken to prevent incident.-Ensure that all facilities, tools, and equipment are in operable and safe condition.-Assist in the reporting and investigation of incident at the project site.-To give proper and suitable training to worker and staff regarding on site progress.

-As developer to make sure main contractor and sub-contractor follow all legal requirement as state from OSHA 1994 and FMA 1967 at construction site.-To lead and give good example to all contractor regarding safety, health and environment at site. -To guide all contractor about how to apply safety system for documentation at construction site. -Monitoring and advise contractor regarding a safe way working at site.-Promote safe work culture and advocate safety week with all contractor at construction site.-Liaise with authority regarding site matter.-Carry out inspection with all contractor regarding safety and health matter.

-To Liaise with Health and Safety Client (PROLINTAS) and Consultant (HSSI) regarding any safety and health issues at Site Construction.-Supervising high risk work such as Heavy Lifting, Working at Height, Falsework and etc.-Regularly audit for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions.-Ensuring the monitoring, assessment and regular inspection of the working environment to identify the various hazard which the worker may be exposed and to assess their level of exposure.-Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately. Participate and assist the supervisors, engineer in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary.-Order & install all necessary safety equipment required on site.-Maintain safety & health documentation and acting as first aider on site.-Update and supervise permit to work regarding high-risk work.-Planning & coordinate daily HSE activities. E.g.; Mosquitoes control program, Housekeeping, and routine site inspection.-Carry out inspection of safety & health related equipment and assist in the machineries & plants inspection on site.-Inspect the workplace on frequent basis to identify non-conformances to safety & health requirement.-Coordinate a regular meeting with project safety team to review issues, trends and upcoming conditions or events.-Liaising with LLM, KKM (vector control team), TNB, DOSH, and DOE for site condition and other duties as required.

-Conduct toolbox meeting every day and maintain good housekeeping.-Identify any safety issues during project, assist any crane and lifting gear inspection, update and supervise permit to work.-Providing in-house training to worker once in a month.-Compile OSH data statistics and produce monthly OSH report.-Identifying potential hazard for every work activity on site. -Carry out incident investigations in the event of incident.-Conduct joint safety & health inspection with main contractor and management team.-Writing report and HSE bulletins.-Assist scaffold tubular inspection, supervise work progress regarding safety,-Liaising with relevant authorities E.g.; LLM, DOSH and DOE regarding site condition

-Assist in the development in project,-Conduct toolbox meeting, safety induction to all worker and personnel to enter site. -Maintain good housekeeping, routine site and equipment inspections.-Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly/safely based on operating manual.-Advise operation team on any necessary precautions and measure to be taken for work to be done safely.-Promote safe conduct of work to employee.-Inspection reach stacker crane, lorry loader and lifting gear-Inspect the workplace on frequent basis to identify non-conformances to safety & health requirement.
