Follow up and supervise the workers in the field of work on a daily basis that I, also participate with them as an employees in order to achieve these works, giving them all guidance to accomplish them properly. Follow up and find appropriate solution to the problems of employees and also the observation of the owner and consultant, prepare the time plan for the completion of the project.  Calculating the quantities and building materials required for the project as a whole, as well for each stage, and final appropriate ways to provide them on-sit in a timely manner. Coordination and implementation of the technical aspects of the approved map via employs management, implementation of consultant observation in order to complete the project in accordance with the agreement signed between the parties during the approved time plan. Notifying of all the consultant and owners technical observation during the implementation of construction works to conform to the technical aspects of the map before its implementation. Searching the new project of our company and follow up the project when upto finalized. Attending the client meeting every week regarding the status of work
