Managed a team of 70+ Worker engaged in activities associated with Mechanical Aspects of the project(Plumbing & fire fighting, Pump and all kinds of Pipe Fabrication, structural Support work). Site supervision, Morning meetings, Plan Cascade, and delivery as per plan.Coordination with Mechanical & Electrical elements of all projects as well as with contractors & design engineers to identify & resolve all potential interference & conflicts.Ability to develop excellent relationships with all departments and personnel as well as client management to ensure free flow work and good working environment.
