Assists Business Development Division Management in the preparation of proposals, preparation and/or review of contract documents, development of scopes of work, determination of inputs for contract pricing efforts, and the preparation of project plans and schedules. Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects. Establishes detailed scope of work for the project in conjunction with the Company Principal-in-Charge and client, and in accordance with the project proposal and contract. Establishes the design criteria and conceptual preliminary engineering designs for all areas of the project, and monitors the preparation of the final engineering and construction drawings. Monitors the progress of all project functions and reports on their status to the Projects Division Head and client as required. Gives particular attention to reporting matters affecting project overruns or delays, as soon as these become apparent, and makes every effort with Company Management to rectify them. Supplies Projects Division Head and/or client with up to date information regarding the status of all project management functions by the maintenance or appropriate records and the periodic issuance of informative reports. Approves all submittals to the client of work outputs, information requests, advisory notices, project status reports, etc. Ensures compliance of work with contract objectives. Prepares contract change notices and requests as required, in accordance with established Division procedures and the Project Quality Plan. Coordinates intercompany work assignments with other Divisions, Departments, and/or Field Offices. Resolve any site related issue during construction with coordination with the Site Supervision Team. Assist the Site Supervision Team reviewing the Contractors Valuations (Payments). Represents the Company in all relations with Client.

RESPONSIBILITIES :• Directs, organizes and controls the Landscape engineers and draftsmen to carry out all structural activities including; appraisal, design, and contract documentation of Company projects.• Verifies that all Landscape designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards and in accordance with Company policies and standards.• Checks the design criteria and basic designs of Landscape engineering works to obtain the maximum quality.• Prepares and maintains the overall plan of work for Landscape Department.• Maintains records of work progress of the Landscape Department and liaises with other disciplines as required.• Provides information and/or assistance to project groups as required on Landscape design matters.• Keeps alert of current technology in Landscape design.• Prepares training programs and trains the department staff to improve their performance in Landscape analysis and design.• Participates in Landscape engineering societies, committees, conferences and programs to best reflect the Company’s capabilities.• Review and approve the technical quality of all work performed within the department.• Be familiar with and implement all procedures relating to responsibilities of the department manager and all functional positions in the department.• Review unusual or complex design problems and provide guidance for the solution either personally, by subordinate staff, or by outside consultants.

Principal Engineer,Landscape and Urban Planner. Responsibilities include implementing specific urban andlandscape design works in accordance with the work program of a project; organizing andmanaging the work of urban design engineers and providing relevant landscape designengineering support and advice to project teams; verifying that all urban design worksdrawings and documents are to current codes and standards and in accordance with ECGpolicies and standards and liaising as directed with consulting engineers and/orcontractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program
