• Follow-up, evaluation and analysis of the current and future hardware and software requirements of each department through conducting briefing sessions with the heads of the departments, development of programs according to needs and providing solutions. • Design all departmental functions/ structures software requirements, including but not limited to, system analysis, design of computer applications, program applications, coding structure related to program development and design of all MIS reports for various departments as required. • Development of some financial programs related to student registration and fee/scholarship payments• Development of required reports and linking them to the related budgets.• Handling the accounting operation, budget system, report development and presentations required by the department.• Preparation & installation of the university’s hardware/software network system/main server including troubleshooting and all future requirements for data development, storage and hardware installation.• Installation database server and do all configuration for it and solving any problem may happen.• Take backup for database and retrieve it when needs .

I was solely responsible for administrating the university’s entire networking system including: • Software and hardware installations• System specifications• Troubleshooting of the college systems (including DCP/IP design & installation i.e. switches, hubs, cabling etc.,) • Network for 100-200 PCs connecting all college departments • All maintenance related to software installation.I was also a lecturer on: • FoxPro• SQL/PL database• Visual basic applications/programs In addition, I was responsible for conducting internal/external training courses on: MS Office Professional including: • MS Access • MS Project for beginners, intermediate and advance users
