I am a responsible and dedicated individual with a wealth of experience, working in the welfare to work recruitment and customer service sector. For almost five years now have been both a Team Leader and Customer Liaison Officer to a team of ten-fifteen staff members serving over 1200 clients. I am an excellent communicator with good all round presentation skills and capable of working individually or as part of a team. A reliable team-player who is willing and able to develop new skills quickly and I have always worked in an environment driven by targets, which I have consistently met and on many occasions exceeded. I am reliable, dependable and have excellent organisational skills.
