• Developed and Implemented QHSE policies, manuals, procedures, plans and work instructions. • Working on the Quality Cost (Prevention, Appraisal, Internal Failure and External Failures).• Audit and evaluate the QHSE management system implementation, assess the sub-contracting and suppliers.• Responsible for controlling the equipment and instrument calibration.• Preparing the Job descriptions and functional organization chart.• Managing and Follow up the QHSE activities for Manufacturing and construction of Steel Structure, Tower, Galvanizing, Plate Work, Pressure vessel, tanks, Metal Work and Rental of Heavy Equipment sections.• Providing employees and managers with the necessary knowledge and skills to recognize hazards in order to perform their jobs safely and effectively• Investigating accidents and incidents based on witness interviews, site inspections, and collection of other facts and evidence. Making an effective report.• Provision of in-house training on QHSE management systems and related topic. • Selection and deployment of suitably qualified and experienced QA, HSE personnel.• Prepare the QHSE Department SMART Objectives and identify the KPIs • Manage the 3rd party inspection and competency training services• Preparing the JSA /Risk Assessment for each activity at the site.• Prepare the HSE Statistical Analysis for Factories/construction sites• Prepare the Environmental Study as per the requirements of Presidency of Meteorology and Environment.• Create the fire alarm and firefighting system according to civil defense requirements • Implement the 5S system effectively in order to eliminate the hazard and provide our employees with a safe working environment.• Implement & managing the publishing of monthly QHSE Magazines.• Establish/attend the specified H&S Committee to ensure that a system is in place for H&S and its effective implementation.
