Perform Testing and Inspection: • Develop test schedules, strategies and Conduct tests and inspection of Application processes in accordance with project scope and delivery dates.• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.• Execute Test cases priority wise and coordinating with QA team for testing activities/results.• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.Identify Defects and Report: • Identify program deviance from standards, inconsistencies, analyze their root causes and suggest possible solutions / workarounds to ensure compliance and release readiness.• Document and report bugs/improvement to software developers by using Jira Tool and follow up on corrective actions.• Provides a test summary report to the management on weekly basis that reflects the status of software under the test.Collaborate with Teams: • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements• Work closely with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Develop and Implement Standards: • Reviewing specifications and technical documents to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, completeness, to mitigate risks and to provide timely and meaningful feedback.• Develop and Design test scenario & test plan document that address areas such as software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, functional requirements,• Recommend and implement improvements and enforce quality assurance processes, standards and procedures.Training: • Train other team members on quality assurance standards and procedures
